I never had a single 2002 error since their maintenance. I can sit in 5-6k queues and not get a single one. Not every 15 minutes, not after 30 minutes, not after 45 minutes, and so on. And I am not the only one. So I successfully challenged your claim.

on serious note. The maintenance did fix one of the causes of 2002 error that a lot people had problem with, but there are more then one thing that causes 2002 error and some of them is more difficult to resolve at the moment giving the state of the world right now.

They did not fix it. They increased the capacity of the lobby servers and it is less likely that the 2002 error will occur. To fix it completely you would need lobby servers with more capacity than FF14 players exist in one data center.

Fix is a fix even it is only increase or decrease something so i'm not wrong either
