    One of the more famous incidents that even received coverage here was the BLM speed/cast hack that effected ranked PvP pretty bad. NA/EU complained for months, but no fix. However, JP complained and it was hot fixed within a week or so.

    Blame on the staff they hired for US datacenter then, such incompetency.
    JP GM is not going to be able to investigate English reports, that is under EN GM they hired.

    This doesn't mean they don't care about English dataceter, this is just showing their English staff hired are incompetent
