Actually if you search for "boy" names with the suffix -wyn, you'll find a huge list. Granted, Wales has cornered the market on this suffix, but you will find males with -wyn on their name in every country. When you Anglicize it and modernize it one step further to "-win", then you're into territory of very common names having this suffix. Edwin stands as probably the most common example.
