The delay was for msq mostly. Even now as some of the parts of the msq are really good most of it's is all over the place and don't work logicly.like the content "we are to late" sindrom, even if we stand one move from it.Exactly. They’ve supposedly lowered the amount of expert dungeons to take more time on the ones we are getting but we’re just getting more and more reused gear per expansion. Crafter and gatherer gear is even worse where i think only a couple levels got actual new gear, the rest are all reused. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point and it’s crazy to me no one else has called this out. Each expansion we should see upgrades but since shadowbringers it’s been nothing but downgrades.I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt back then but considering they delayed this expansion 6-7 months there is 0 reason we should be getting reused content.
I believe they stated the 6-7 month delay was purely for all content, with even Ultimate being mentioned. Irregardless though that’s an extra 6-7 months of time put into the game. In no way should we be seeing less than any expansion that had far less time than that.
It wouldn't be as bad if it was Job swapped, it's a little annoying that it's all just Recolours of existing gear that job already has access to & some aren't even that great of recolours like Neo set is just lighter/darker leather whilst dyable part is same dye channel.
A system error occurred during event movement.
They can say what they like to say. Fake cry even.but we can believe only what we see.we see that onlly the first dungeon was a step up from normal dungeons and was a bit harder(more fun even). Rest of the was normal.I believe they stated the 6-7 month delay was purely for all content, with even Ultimate being mentioned. Irregardless though that’s an extra 6-7 months of time put into the game. In no way should we be seeing less than any expansion that had far less time than that.
Onlly they can't swap much as most gear are the same for roles. Like tanks and drg are the same. Healers and casters are same. Like for some time even the new sets we so get are less.It wouldn't be as bad if it was Job swapped, it's a little annoying that it's all just Recolours of existing gear that job already has access to & some aren't even that great of recolours like Neo set is just lighter/darker leather whilst dyable part is same dye channel.
I don't mind gear recolours for dungeons. They're not identical to the originals. Either different parts of the gear get dyed and/or the undyeable parts have a different colour. I actually have multiple recolours of the same pieces because I often like more than one version. However I am always disappointed if I can't dye them.
How is this unexpected?
Stop asking for new races which require several expansions worth of gear to be adjusted for it.
Was the first dungeon a step up? All of the dungeons this expansion seem a step down from ShB dungeons. ShB dungeon pulls actually hurt and required heavy healing and that isn’t the case anymore really. Most dungeons now have forced small pulls or just less overall healing especially due to new tank mitigation’s and heals.
They hardly even adjust the gear for those though, as seen with viera and hrothgar’s no hats lol. Seems like an excuse for a problem that existed even in stormblood. I don’t see how asking for a reused gear set to be made dyable is even affected by the so called new races. With how much money they’ve made it should be the norm, the fact is it’s been a downgrade each expansion.
Yeah, gotta admit it's disappointing to see gear reused over and over again :/
And level 89 dungeon doesn't even have an armor set is what the heck man......................
