The delay was for msq mostly. Even now as some of the parts of the msq are really good most of it's is all over the place and don't work logicly.like the content "we are to late" sindrom, even if we stand one move from it.

I believe they stated the 6-7 month delay was purely for all content, with even Ultimate being mentioned. Irregardless though that’s an extra 6-7 months of time put into the game. In no way should we be seeing less than any expansion that had far less time than that.
