The point is that the game is playable, the OP struggles with that because of the unlucky circumstances in which they find themselves in. Move along.

Don't you think it would be fair to consider the reality of the likelhood that there are people that might have it even worse? There are a lot of players on console. You can not open 2 "tabs" like on a Windows OS. So what do you do if you have a classic daytime job? You come home, first thing you do is starting your console .. Lets put some time in: Return at 17:00. Queue Number 7000. Not unlikely to enter the server at around 10:00. Well, that is 5 hours of waiting for one hour of playtime.
That is me being the optimist here right now. The reality on Shiva where I play on is 8k+ queues at those times. And I am not really angry because of myself but because of my friends I just can not play with due to them having normal working lifes and me working from home (well, mostly). I mean it sucks for me too. I can not access the game when I want it but need to plan and hope 2002 doesn't cancel those plans. But anyway. This isn't just about "one player having a bad time". This is about thousands of "normal people" unable to enjoy the game because they can not build their life and their free time around it.
