Maybe OP is exagerating, he can't talk for everyone.
But he probably can talk for himself and for others.
I can surely speak for myself when i say that, as Sceros pictured, i payed 6 months in advance just few days before expansion came and "I" am 95% of the time unable to play.
It would be honest to get at least part of my sub money back (without canceling my account) or i want to be able to pause my account till the problem is resolved.
Seems just fair to me.
Be sure that, even if i can't anymore now, i'll talk with my wallet in the future.. (for what it's worth at least >_>)
I agree, or would take special cosmetics to compensate me for this stuff. Maybe give us a bitcoin emote.
You know what? I honestly can't even remember MY main level? Wanna check for me? I think 85 or 86 on my main RED.
Wanna know what i did? In the 9 DAYS since relise i was able to play like 6 hours (not on my fault, but on queue+se's dcs faults) and i tried to make them count doing at least a leveling and a pvp a day, just to try to not let those days go completely to waste.
next strawman?
I'd be fine for an addition of the ability to pause subscription, especially for the multi-month subs. Maybe that's another perk of subbing for multiple months: the ability to pause your sub should real life get in the way or you decide to take a break before your sub is about to run out.Maybe OP is exagerating, he can't talk for everyone.

I'd be fine with even the single month subs getting a pause ability during this time period and other periods where issues are preventing a section of the player base from playing the game.

I’ve played it every single day since launch. Well, except today because I’m taking a break before grinding tomes to gear up for EX Trials and Pandaemonium.

The point is that the game is playable, the OP struggles with that because of the unlucky circumstances in which they find themselves in. Move along.
Don't you think it would be fair to consider the reality of the likelhood that there are people that might have it even worse? There are a lot of players on console. You can not open 2 "tabs" like on a Windows OS. So what do you do if you have a classic daytime job? You come home, first thing you do is starting your console .. Lets put some time in: Return at 17:00. Queue Number 7000. Not unlikely to enter the server at around 10:00. Well, that is 5 hours of waiting for one hour of playtime.
That is me being the optimist here right now. The reality on Shiva where I play on is 8k+ queues at those times. And I am not really angry because of myself but because of my friends I just can not play with due to them having normal working lifes and me working from home (well, mostly). I mean it sucks for me too. I can not access the game when I want it but need to plan and hope 2002 doesn't cancel those plans. But anyway. This isn't just about "one player having a bad time". This is about thousands of "normal people" unable to enjoy the game because they can not build their life and their free time around it.
You need a timeout from these forums. Then the government needs to revise the applicability criteria for Unemployment Benefits because there's clearly one too many people sitting 4 hours on their ass waiting to play a videogame while the rest of us contributors have to work 8-9 hours a day and have a service we paid for be denied.
