endwalker not detected

What a stupid solution, found i now, if you have Endwalker purchased with square enix, you have to go again to the square enix store, login and then to your orders where you find endwalker order and the new code. Never have seen this stupid thing in any other online game.
Now i know why i hate this complicated system at square to buy or register something.

The code (or any record of my purchase) was not available on the store site.

I finally found my SECOND code in a deleted email and entered it successfully.
Why is this even necessary? It feels like a leftover from the days of buying games on CD from a retail store and entering the code. Hey, SE, just have your lobby server ask the store server if I paid for the game and let me in..

I have this on steam and both my early access and my Endwalker Collection edition keys are both listed. And it's launching Shadowbringer. In the mogstation it's showing I have not purchased it for Windows/Steam. I have been playing it since early access. What is going on?

This just happened to me this morning. Went to se store and got the code and was an easy fix....just not a very easy process.

i checked my email and the store and i still not showing and i purchased the game this is making me mad that I paid for a year of the game and the game itself and it wont allow me to play without the reiteration code

Ok, this is daft, spent 3 hours in the queue for the lobby to crash with a 3054 error, then when I relaunched it noticed it was showing Shadowbringer. Checked my account and found that Endwalker had been unregistered for some strange reason. managed to get the registration code from the square store and relaunched FFXIV and Endwalker was picked up this time only to find I now have another few hours to wait to get in as it is over 5k in the queue at this time.
Was hoping to get my levelling dailies done before I start my night shift, but I guess that isn't happening.

hey its ok my account will not allow me to register my code since its says already been used and its not registered to my account anymore and i was on my reaper last night this is ticking me off
