endwalker not detected

Hello,

i bought endwalker one week ago, but this morning, the client decided to load as shadowbringers and the game play like I never bought endwalker.

I am reaper lvl81 (that prove that I should have endwalker) and the bug make my xp locked so I cant do anything in the game right now and this is so frustrating since it's the weekend and I wanted to play a lot ...

Can you help me please ?

Same endwalker was deleted from my account and if so I would atleast like a refund.

Yep same problem for me. The launcher is asking me for a registration code for Endwalker, and when I put in the one I used for early access it says that code has already been used.

If you were playing Endwalker Early access it was a separate key. Square should have sent you an email with the actual Endwalker registration key in it so check your email account that the game is registered with to get the actual Endwalker code.

This was the fix, ty.
Had no idea the early access and actual expansion have 2 separate codes. Especially since early access ended Monday and I was still able to play fine until today using the early access code.

Glad I.m not the only one having this problem, I mentioned this issue to my friend lastnight and he just re-entered the registration code on mogstation and it worked. When I try that it say the code has already been used.

I have the same problem. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING EARLY ACCESS ALL WEEK. I hit level 90 on SCH/SMN ilevel 552, 81 & 82 on WHM and PLD and almost finished with 6.0 MSQ and suddenly I try to log in today and it says I need to purchase Endwalker and my account status looks as if I never had it. When I try to enter the activation code as instructed in the email that I got today, it says the code has already been used. VERY FRUSTRATING. Already submitted a ticket, but no reply as of yet. I know Yoshi P does not have any control over the store, so I fully blame Square Enix for this fuck up and it looks like I am not the only one with this problem.

And before some wise-ass tries to tell me there ARE two codes, I ALREADY KNOW there are two codes, don't start that shit with me. I have been dealing with the long queues and server drop errors all week, not in the mood for your crap.
