I'd still like to see a proper Geomancer. WHM kind of takes on some of that earth and wind magic, but a DPS that was nature based would be fun.

That would be really great. And maybe it could also specialize in sealing and barrier magic, too, because of the lore we were shown in the Astrologian SB questline.
I can definitely see Geomancer as a really capable support caster type that does summoning spells as well via scrolls it carries around containing powerful auspices or spirit/monsters like the Tengu from that one dungeon.
Earth element: For slowing the enemy down, both auto damage and movement speed wise. Summoing your Koja (clay head monsters with long earlobes wandering around Yanxia) allows you to all but pretty much temporarily freeze your enemies in place with enchanted elements of earth, while also being able to damage your enemies with poison coated needles shot from your Koja's mouth for extra DoT damage.
Wind Element: For damage over time. Made stronger when summoning your Tengu or weasel auspices to to increase the damage on your wind DoT already placed on enemies, the timer reset and capable of bombarding said enemies with a few consecutive powerful wind attacks that add a damage up stack to your wind DoT damage already applied.
Water Element: For supportive spells, such as curing status ailments and providing decent heals Power of both supportive spells increased when you summon your Gensui Apa (The water women spirit things that wander around Yanxia) spirit or tortoise auspices that transforms your healing spells into regan spells that heal and your "esuna" spell into a barrier spell that cures and outright prevents one status ailment from affecting you.

Old SMN.What would be a good DoT Caster Job to Replace old SMN?
/10chars
Base class shared with white mage because their share the basic dps toolkit.
It use rot, poison and nature tied spell to apply dot and various debuff.
Summoner is practically a Geomancer at this point. Or "Gemomancer."
I wouldn't mind a Green Mage though with a druid vibe though.
