    If this were happening on this client, it would be very prevalent and very well known. The number of players going through these very same cutscenes and not seeing any issues suggests that it's not an issue with the client itself. Yes, it CAN flood packets, but that is very unlikely to force the modem into a reboot. Modem reboots are typically caused by faulty hardware, provisioning signals sent from the ISP, insufficient power draw, or a signal issue. This sounds like a SNR that is too high on coaxial connection. That is something that WOULD trigger this exact behavior frequently. It's purely coincidental that its happening when entering that cutscene.

    You neglect to mention it could very well be a problem with his specific setup. Just because its not a wide spread incident doesn't mean it's not happening on his end.
