    Both threads only got 1 cookie cutter reply from a GM and then promptly ignored and locked since I failed to keep bumping them every 30 days. Imagine how different things will be now if they had actually paid attention to user submitted feedback.

    First, Square is NOT a private company. It is in fact publicly traded. Secondly, we can expect them to resolve issues like this if they sold a product that cannot be used. If you walk in to a store and bought a shirt that is two sizes too small you would return it and either get a refund or exchange it for one that fits. In this case you can neither receive a refund nor exchange the game for a different one. Therefore we do, in fact, have a right to complain about our purchased product not working as you seem to think we do not have that right. And finally what does politics have to do with busted servers and long queue times? This is simply bad business not some government intervention preventing us from playing a video game. They saw this coming and anyone who says they didn't is actually delusional.

    No one has ever said they didn't see it coming. They've been warning of it since the middle of the year, they've been transparent, gone into detail on what will happen and what they are trying to do to fix it.

    So... ya...

    DX 11 and the error 2002 are not related. If you were getting error 2002 before EW it was likely an issue on your end. You may not believe this but this is true. I used to get error 2002 and error 90002 all the time until I swapped out my modem and router and have not gotten though until EW. 90002 is usually an issue on your end. Spamming the general forums with the same problems is going to get you no where.
    If you have not been happy with the service SE is providing you should have unsubscribe and stop buying the expansions.

    I don't get dx11 errors sounds like you need to fix your equipment. Perhaps you should purchase a new graphics card. Maybe you can find one before SE gets servers.

    This entire thing can be summarized easily.

    If you're that unhappy, unsub. Either come back later when the queues are smaller, or be that upset at the situation that you don't come back.

    Or stay subbed and either suffer through the queues and log-in server issues, or somehow alter your playtime to play during non-peak hours.

    I sympathize with everyone suffering this and understand your frustrations. They are 100% valid. But when you remove the heated emotions from everything, those are your choices.

    If you choose to unsub, sorry you feel that way, the game will be here if you want to come back.
    If you choose to stay, then you'll just have to deal with what's going on until it calms down.

    To the op, I don't excuse the incompetence that developers had with designing this queue system. Or not having a grace period when you get dced.


    Telling people to unsub just because they are unhappy with a certain aspect of the game lacks tact to say the least. A ruined experience is sad, but the game offers more to players than just that. With that being said a first impression of an expansion only happens once, and it got ruined cause of bad coding.
