If you logged into the MMO and it played like trash with server disconnects or other issues than yeah we could blame the servers but this is obviously how their client side program is connecting to those servers. This has nothing to do with chips. I can tell you it that was BECAUSE during low queue times in the morning character data is pulling correctly into the client.

As soon as they get passed 500 in queue on a datacenter the client just craps out.

Right now as it stands people are paying for a service they are not getting. The 1 month free time thing is obviously going to happen so just get it over with already.
