    I don't want a refund, the story has been absolutely amazing what I have been able to play. Game time needs to be compensated until they get it under control. It's only been 4 days of issues for me but if it stays like this over 7, he absolutely needs to give more. I shouldnt have to wake up at 4am to play an hour or so before work for time I paid for. I don't mind waiting in a queue at all. What I'm ticked at, is waiting hours and constantly getting errors and sent to the back of the line!

    Agreed!

    And besides, what would they refund exactly? Game time? They give out free game time that ends up essentially with the same result. Surely you don't expect them to refund the purchase of the expansion itself?
