Every experience with their customer service I have ever had has been an epic disappointment. It started with me being unable to even buy the game from the store in the first place. What kind of company gives you trouble at the purchasing counter? It's just.. rife with technical issues and the fanbase is loud, fanatical and crazy. This product is a hot mess.
