    I understand your point but the issue is that not everyone has that luxury. Some players work in environments where they can't even have a cell phone on them due to compliance (especially true in Finance or other departments that deal with SSNs). I'm fortunate enough to work from home; however I'm on calls almost all day where I need to share my screen and having FFXIV queues in the background isn't something that I can do.

    I wouldn't mind the queue at all, not one bit, if the errors weren't a problem. However they exist and the errors are unacceptable. Remote login or not, you're stuck watching your queue like a hawk to get back in if you error out and that's just utter bullocks to request that of your customer. I have played WoW since Beta and no matter how poorly the game is performing now and the experience is, they never faced this issue even with a larger player base and more concurrent players during their peak.
