    I am at a loss for words...

    7 days of play time isn't even remotely enough for this abysmal experience and piss poor preparation for the launch of the Endwalker.

    SE knew their population was increasing for over six months at this point and still have trash servers that make WoW look like rocket science. I don't want to hear the excuse of "chip shortage" when competent companies have announced, marketed, and launched electronic products. Though supply doesn't reach demand at least they don't sit on their hands and just shrug and essentially say "lol sorry."

    The fact that something like this happens and I immediately log back in for another multi-hour queue is beyond unacceptable. Server congestion is understandable; hours upon hours of waiting just to get dropped is beyond unacceptable. SE, you knew your population was increasing for over six months. You knew an expansion was launching. And from what I am seeing you did absolutely nothing to earn customer's money and respect.

    You should be ashamed at the experience you are giving to your customers.

    I already see it coming. From experience from the other game xpac launches, I'm well prepared. Just queue before the peak hours.

    Also, there is Remote Desktop. You can use it to queue. You may need to port forward 3389 to your PC and register a Dynamic DNS name if you do it though. There is some settings to allow multiple connections to a single account as well.

    I understand your point but the issue is that not everyone has that luxury. Some players work in environments where they can't even have a cell phone on them due to compliance (especially true in Finance or other departments that deal with SSNs). I'm fortunate enough to work from home; however I'm on calls almost all day where I need to share my screen and having FFXIV queues in the background isn't something that I can do.

    I wouldn't mind the queue at all, not one bit, if the errors weren't a problem. However they exist and the errors are unacceptable. Remote login or not, you're stuck watching your queue like a hawk to get back in if you error out and that's just utter bullocks to request that of your customer. I have played WoW since Beta and no matter how poorly the game is performing now and the experience is, they never faced this issue even with a larger player base and more concurrent players during their peak.
