I just think that you are on a higher horse than others so you can't put yourself in other shoes that don't have it as lucky or well as you.

I have all the free time in the world, but it's a gamble as to when you're able to "beat the queues" and on top of that actually stayed logged in (without the random errors). I did have a good run Friday and Saturday, but today seems the worst luck for me and maybe others.

Hope they fix it and I mean actually fix it, not just have it fixed by less people trying to log in.
You are right in assuming that I had no errors (or, at least, a very limited amount).

Still, if as you say you have all the time in the world, I am sure you probably tried to log in early in the morning. There are no queues, at that time (well, maybe 100 people or so, but they go by quickly).

The thing is, what many people don't understand is that devs can't simply "throw more servers" at their game. Even if that was possible (and the current shortage of hardware components is not exactly helping) it would not be financially viable: as the rush of people playing on release day subsides, those "additional servers" would be useless.

In other words, it would be a waste of resources that ultimately is not sustainable for the company. Personally I prefer they invest that cash into game content, rather than servers that would only help in the first week or so.
