Okay again, paying my sub when logging in is almost impossible is like buying headlights for a car that doesn't even start. So yeah, that's polishing silver while the house is on fire. It means nothing, don't pay my sub, use my sub to fix the servers.

They say they're giving us 7 days, but still haven't. When I actually see my sub count go up 7 days then I'll be more patient. Can't wait for the news update that says that due to the chip shortage the system was unable to give the 7 days to some players.

If you check the post linked by the player you quoted, you'll read that the 7 free days will be granted with the official release of Endwalker, on the 7th of December.
