soo..what was that ms.i think i know everthing? As previously announced by Producer & Director Naoki Yoshida, we will be granting 7 days of game time to the following customers as compensation for the extremely long wait time in the login queues and the ongoing situation making it difficult to play the game normally.

Yeah, I'm the one who posted it.
They didn't make this announcement until 48 hours after the original announcement of compensation that didn't include additional options.
In other words, when I replied to you, the answer was no.

Good luck with that. Can start class action lawsuit against SE. I read lawsuits has happened to other companies for same reasons as here. Not being able to play when your paying a sub. Its like your paying for netflix and getting put on a long queue to watch a show. They better fix problem soon.
False. You have been compensated 7 days. If after 7 days you are not given additional compensation and you still are unable to play, then you can complain about a lack of compensation.

Wrong.
"Considering that we are asking players to wait in queues for extremely long periods of time and the ongoing situation making it difficult to play normally, we have decided that during the official release of Endwalker on December 7, we will be granting 7 days of free game time to all players who own the full version of the game and have an active subscription. This also includes players who are currently playing on the 30-day free play period included when registering the full version of the game and those with multiple accounts."
Looks pretty definitive to me.
No, definitive would be "This does not include additional services such as retainers, etc.". Seeing as when you add retainers mid-month they get pro-rated into your monthly subscription and all charges occur on the same date, the logical conclusion even before they clarified would have been that it probably would include these additional services in the additional subscription time, as not doing so would no doubt be more complicated. If it was as definitive as you think, they would have given the opposite answer when they clarified. Yes?Wrong.

When you don't know, don't speak authoritatively.
if it was definitive, then I wouldn't of asked this on the forums in the first place. I was actually hoping for an answer from SE, and I guess they did answer it, even if it was separately.Wrong.
