And at 90, the 3 GCDs you spend spamming Afflatus would produce 930 potency in the same time frame using Glare IIIs instead. Does the GCD for Misery count against itself? if it does, you'd get 1240 potency for 4 Glare IIIs under raid buffs ... Misery is a refund of lost damage from needing to drop a Cure to keep someone alive instead of using Glare for that GCD. There is absolutely no need to try and squeeze Misery into the opening raid buff window.

Who said you have to use lilies in combat? You can use them pre-pull and you'll get a Misery, which is exactly what you already do in dungeons.
