Absolutely anything can be a trigger for someone. Which is why trigger warnings are mostly silly and useless.

I for one thought that fantasy Stalingard was fantastic.
If you think that scene needs a TW, maybe you shouldn't play this game.
They deliberatly showed a before and aftermath of that scene to avoid showing the act of the event to be let it filled in by the mind what happends. Im sorry to say but this wont need or will get any trigger warning.
