Coincidence. But that's beside the point you are just a liar, because you couldn't have moved your wife's "completely inactive account" since inactive accounts cannot transfer servers.

So you are just making things up now to try and justify screwing over non-active people since SE stated that the cap is only taking into account usable characters (those on active accounts).
