Like what you say is Relevant too? You must be off your Rocker too :/

Inactives players are just transferred on the new server of their original world but they'll keep sleeping somewhere without any influence on actives players...If inactive player become active, it will play on the server like every active player.

No you are absolutely right Black Reaper. All players have to be accounted for, inactive or active. If all inactive players came back they have to be accounted for. The cap ur are talking about I can bet is different based on how many inactive account/characters are on each server. So each server has a different cap (available spaces for active players) Thus inactive players accounts or whatever you want to call them do affect.
You know because all the hundreds of thousands of players who have quit the game are clearly figured into the cap when the active population is only in the tens of thousands. Because that is obviously how they would do it.
You know even though they explicitly stated that inactive accounts were calculated when planning the merge (to whatever degree) but are not figured into the cap of active players allowed per server.

LOL Do you belive everything your told? SE also stated the game would be ready in Sept of 2010 to right? I think they do in fact affect the gap. I also feel inactive players shouldnt be considered in the process at all since they are not paying for the service. If and when their account becomes active again then their 2 cents would matter.
If that is indeed the case, then how is this effecting people to be able to go to the world of there choice then? I'm trying to have a better understand. If the Inactive players are just sleeping there and don't play a vital role in the server cap itself, then if the Server cap is still 5k a Server.. how come there's trouble getting into worlds?
That's a much better position!LOL Do you belive everything your told? SE also stated the game would be ready in Sept of 2010 to right? I think they do in fact affect the gap. Ship inactive players off their servers anyways, because SE is probably lying to us and secretly counting them in the cap!
Thank god sleuths like you are here to uncover the real truth.
Look I can play your meme game too:

kk you keep going on about active players when where mainly talking about inactive character on active accounts that take a spot on a server that should be reserved for another active character IMO inactive character should not alot to to be moved yet since in no way are they being used or payed for all they do as of right now is take up a spot on a server that could be used for an active player maybe a week later once ppl have moved there mains to there desired server and things have balanced out then allow the inactive character to move and another idea is inactive character should not be allowed to transfer till they become active again the fact that we get to tranfer for free is nice but there should be a limit to what you can move .Who said they don't matter. That just explains why they don't allow them to transfer, it says nothing about them affecting the cap. Which they don't.
Which Yoshida said.
They were counted most likely in determining the original merge plan (which they made to try and balance the time zones and likely took into account inactive players then since they are not idiots), but the cap is entirely determined by active players.
What is your vendetta against inactive players? Clearly they have no affect on your ability to transfer servers since the cap is active players only.

I have move one character on my inactive alt and another on my wifes account that is completely inactive and both made it to our server choice. I then removed them and got both freinds onto the serverYP specifically said that would potentially cause problems though. Not to mention that, like Murugan, I believe completely innactive accounts are not being factored in here, just inactive (unpaid) characters on active accounts that are being paid for (basic sub fee).
Was the character you moved on your active account or on another account that is completely inactive?
So you are a liar. Because inactive accounts cannot transfer servers.
Sorry.
