Error 2002 is unacceptable

Yeah I mean I kinda expected logging in to be tough, and have zero issues with long queues, and wasn't even gonna complain (even though it took me three hours to get in last night) but

Game hard crashed earlier, just spent an hour and a half in queue, went from 4300 down to under 2k in the queue... in that time I had three 2002 crashes and managed to make it back in time to keep my spot in line, but just now I got six 2002 errors in a row and now I'm up over 5500 in line again. I'm fine waiting til things chill out to like, really try to dig deep into anything, and I'm chill with getting less time in game because of a line, but when I'm getting randomly kicked out of line and also kicked all the way to the END of the line, even while actively babysitting the game? I'm a bit less chill with that.

Server issues aren't even a surprise, but if it's gonna be this bad, then the grace period on keeping your spot in line should be longer.

Pretty much. If you want to play, you have to sleep during the day and/or make sure you log in during the night. I really should just be heading to bed instead of trying to get on, otherwise I'll be awake during the day, and that may mean I won't be able to play! Pretty frustrating for me, as I was at a lengthy story section, and had went afk just before due to something going on in RL. I don't expect to even get in for another hour and a half or two hours at the earliest, and I don't doubt I'll be kicked out due to this error, and thrown to the back of the line.
