MSQ Roulette with the EXP adjustments are just... bad

The 2:2 and 1:1 example would make sense, if the ratio was the same after the change. It isnt. What used to be 90% exp earned is now about 50%.

I wonder do the bossfights in castrum still give exp? At low level that was always a huge amount of exp.
