I haven't done MSQ roulette past the 6.0 patch, but before - if you got Castrum Meridanium you earned about half a level total from instance xp plus roulette bonus, while Praetorium gave you nearly a whole levels worth of xp.I'm not really sure what people are expecting here.
My own memories of leveling through the MSQ Roulette was that I never received more than about 75% of a level in XP.
Last time I took a look at running a level 60-ish Warrior through the MSQ Roulette, it was about 750K experience. At level 57, 600K would be about right. So, the OP decided to complain it "wasn't enough" at "Only 564k/1mill"?!?
Exact numbers of xp is irrelevant since that varied with level, and has been squished now anyway. But if you recieve less of a level, than that is a clear nerf.
Praetorium gave 1/3 of a level, give or take a couple thousand XP.
I used to expect 3/4 of a level.

I ran castrum on my Lvl 71 Warrior (so less EXP percentage-wise since it slows down a bit, even before the 6.0 update) and I received roughly half my level... which is the same as before.

Okay, I have now done an MSQ roulette run of Praetorium post-patch 6.0.
Character was at level 67, and ended up with xp from the run corresponding to 85% of a level. Which is about what it was pre-patch too.
So judging by this one data point, there has been no significant changes in the MSQ roulette in this regard.
Castrum Meridianum gave me 33% of a level. I am pretty sure it has always given 33% of a level. (At least since the last big adjustment to the MSQ roulette rewards.)
EDIT: To some of you who don't seem to know this, roulette bonuses are fixed, and exp bonuses from food/gear/whatever do not apply to them. They give you a fixed % that is the same if you are level 50 or level 89.
What some of you are realizing is that the MSQ roulette isn't a great way to level. It never has been. The exp % is the same as it ever has been, but you were hypnotized by seeing 9 million exp or 12 million exp or higher. It was still the same flat % you get now, but the "to next level" amount is smaller, so you're only getting 1.5 mil or so. Same amount of gain for the same amount of time, but it makes you feel as if your time was wasted, even though nothing has changed.

Its ABSOLUTELY not the same not even close, i barely got half level with my 51 dragoon, not even worth the time anymore, i would get at least 2-3 levels in a run at 50's specially at praetorium. One more wortless roulletr together with the 50/60/70 one.... its better to just run the highest dungeon you got and level that way, rip my daily levels only if i knew they would ruin the darn thing i would level everything before EW changes.

I only remember pre 6.1 Praetorium from MSR gave my lv89 roughly 85% of level.
Reading posts here makes me glad I have no more needs of running MSRs anymore outside for lols.
Whatever the case, dungeons in the x1-x9 range are always best for leveling. Using MSQ to level up is a good way to stagnate your experience and ability to play.
