Stop blaming covid for every last problem in the world, it was old a year ago and it's definitely old right now.

However COVID is still a on going thing and supply chains are still affected and caused backlogging in stuff and shortages in things. Also doesnt help that there ships sitting in ports waiting for to be loaded or unloaded do to not enough people working since they want to have livable wages and treated better

They had 3-4 years to fix stuff like this, this isn't a free game, people pay 15 dollars monthly (more than Amazon/Netfllix) to get the most absurd platform regardless to Cash shop,servers etc.

They didnt have server capacity issues like this till the pandemic happened and saw a larger influx when the supply chain shortages started to happen and saw another large influx when Blizzard started its issues

They could have taken that large preorder money and put it towards a handful of new servers, they have known since the launch of the ORIGINAL GAME, 11 years ago, that this stuff happens in EVERY MMO and that they should know it will happen and they should be prepared or expect the backlash.
