Fix your servers pls

It's not broken servers. It's overloaded servers. They had a population boom they did not expect. They could not get enough servers in time to properly handle all the new players in the past couple of months. It's Early Access day. This means more active players than what the servers normally handle. When servers get stressed, things like these happen. It happens to pretty much every MMO during a big content release. All in all, this is actually one of XIV's smoothest Early Access periods they've had.

Please allocate some power from JP/US servers to EU, we are getting seriously hammered.... and getting kicked from queus, that even is shown in text that wont happen.

Sat through a 4k queue in about an hour, only to get disconnected within 10 seconds.
Waited through an 8k queue to get back in.
During this queue was considering giving up, but decided against it cause I saw several posts on here saying how well the launch has been going for them.
Got back in the game after about 2 hours... had several minutes to try and fix my bars (summoner rework)... and then got disconnected again.
Sadly doesn't seem this will be playable for me this weekend. Queue is at 10622 now.
Would be nice if you could skip the queue if you've been logged in the game within the last X amount of minutes... but getting disconnect and having to start from the beginning just makes it not worth the time right now.

I spent twice as much time in queue as in game today. 2 hours before Phoenix took a crap, then four hours in queue. Only to get disconnected and back into a 9k queue. That first queue was 8000. I gave up and am going to bed soon.

Screw it. This launch is a disaster for a lot of EU players and SE does not care.

It's hard to say they don't care, they warned that this would happen ahead of time and apologized in advance. It honestly seems that the EU datacenter just doesn't have the servers needed for the current population, and that isn't something SE can fix right away. They've probably been on a waiting list for new servers for awhile due to the super conductor shortage. I just hope all you EU peeps get in soon, though maybe the off hours might be a bit better. We just hit prime time here in the US and have 700+ queues, still nothing as bad as what you all got though.

Infuriating. Understandable, but infuriating.

Like I am really frustrated to sit a queue for a hour and still have 1158 people to go through (was 8000+) But also know I really cannot blame SE for this. I critique the game and the Devs a lot, but there is really nothing they could do. When the flood of former WoW players came, It was stated they even were willing to pay above market price to get some servers and the situation with the semiconductors did not improve a bit since then, if anything it got worse.

Yeah. EU feel hopeless. Even now, that's still a nightmare. I'm currently still in queue after... More than six hours, now (not even exagerating a bit). I don't know if i'll be able to hit the game and even if i do, i'll probably not gonna play a lot since it's already night time here.

And week-end is right ahead which likely will not make things better at all. Guess no early access for me. In fact, i'm pretty sure i won't be able to profit of endwalker until weeks.

Please, Bli…..Square Enix, fix your servers. Getting kicked from login queue for the 2nd time now at sub-500.

I haven't had any issues... yet!
