That's literally it though. I mean someone here posted how wanting a good character to die makes you a "creep"... People get overly attached to characters just because they "don't deserve" to die.
It's fine to be very immersed and hope for the best for your favorite characters, but at the end of the day characters are just one of the many instruments to tell a story, and sometimes they perish or get completely undeserved misery because A) That's how life freaking works and B) When nothing grave happens to any of the good guys it makes it very hard to take the gravity or tension seriously in the plot.
So I take it you hated what happened near the end of 3.55?
