1st time preparing for an expansion

I never said it wasn't important, just that tanks and healers keep everyone alive and kicking so they should focus a lot more than most on staying geared. I even said that questing gear was available for dps too. lol

Dont say "more for tanks and heals" then, it's the same for all the jobs, you make it sounds like that dps should not care about it as much as the others, which is wrong and what i'm pointing out.

No as a healer if my tank is under geared we can be in trouble real quick. Got to love the under geared tanks on top of it who like to pull wall to wall. Also if I'm not well geared my heals will be weak even with a geared tank I might have to struggle to keep them up depending upon the pulls.

Dps should gear as well but I don't agree it as important as tank and heals.

And bad dps will take ages to kill the adds and the tank run out of Cds and you'll need to heal even more in the end.
All the jobs are important and i really dont get why some do believe that tanks and healers are more important than DPS.

This was clarified already. I never said that dps jobs weren't as important as tanks or healers. Just that gearing priorities aren't always the same in some cases. Dps jobs can get away without gearing as intensively while leveling up, though I still believe it's important and would always recommend doing so, while healers and tanks have trouble staying alive and keeping others alive if they are too undergeared. You seem stuck on this for whatever reason and I'm not really sure why. It's not some personal attack or whatever. I'm sorry if I offended you or something?
