Eh kinda half true half false.. That being said there are really only two races you are shown a reason to hate. First lalafells with how they go evil on you. Second garlens because the story lol.
Now your giving good reason to hate priest as well so could swing it without much...
Also Im all up for extreme torture rp both recieving and giving.
Also you dont really need a mind set just place how your character would feel in certain settings. The proplem is to many people get way to uncomfortable and dont know the difference of in character anger/hate and occ stuff.
Shouldn’t Elezen be hated as well in that case? They killed Au Ra men, women and children because they looked dragon-like, orchestrated a war through lies and deceit and are openly racist toward their cousins - the Duskwight.
I mean rping a caricature of these things isn't hard.
Figure out what particular thing your character is biased against, anytime something comes up relating to your bias your character just does stuff disadvantageous to said bias.
It's not that hard and it really doesn't take any mindset it's just discrimination.
Lets not pretend it isn't easy to be a bad person and make advantageous decisions for fictional rp characters.

It also does require you to unnaturally feel like you and your character are the same to get offended by it. I mean, I have yet to feel offended when a Garlean calls me "EORZEAN SAVAGE!!!1!" during the story, can't see why it would be any different in Roleplay, especially since you can talk back to players.
Then again, I used to roleplay in WoW and let me tell you, almost every nightborne, blood, void and night elves tended to be prettyyyyyy elvish levels of xenophobic.
