You actually want more people to fail the dungeon more consistently. That way it'll get nerfed. Like Thunder God.

I love it when people treat the ABC strat for cerberus as basically the law. I have started the attempt to make all dps in the normal strat on my DC so wish me luck there lol.
Whenever anyone announces that, I'll type something like:
A - "All DPS in the Belly"
B - "Belly is where all DPS goes"
C - "C'mon, all DPS, get in the belly"



I have noticed that many of the people who say they never/rarely clear particular things.. are always the one who leave as soon as they can.

I'd say my avg fail rate on the first boss is like 1 in 78. I dont see how you can only manage a clear 1 in 10. Are you the tank? Thats the only way i can see it failing is if you are and cleaving everyone. Its a very recoverable boss which usually has enough players knowledgeable with rezes. Its mechanics while having a rough penalty are fairly simple and easy to learn and teach to others and are pretty far spaced out.


I've seen a lot of wipes on Phlegethon, just because pads aren't being stepped on the second time. Its about a 50% chance that it will be a wipe. But it usually only takes 2 or 3 tries before everyone gets it and he dies. Otherwise, ya most 24man don't fail.


That is the opposite of my experience where maybe 1 in 10 runs fail. Or maybe less.
If you can get past the first boss, the rest is very rarely a problem, and usually enoough people know what to do on the first boss.




Really? 1 out of 10 runs? Only 10% reaches the end? C'mon, mate... even Dun Scaith's Deathgaze/Scathach, Orbonne's Agrias & Thunder God at current days isn't anywhere close to that figure... if people already complains at the level of this roflstomp in current days, what will it be once stat squish come to effect in EW which we'll inevitably see more mechanics? lol
I personally despise the ABC strat, so much. While I understood the desire to keep it 'simple for pugs', I have seen it went awry simply because people refuses to take part of the work because "It'S nOt My ReSpOnSiBiLiTy!!" and willingly let a wipe happens. Seriously, it does not matter who does it. Just group up, get in. Secure the chain and carry on. @_@ Oh and... one of these days, perhaps the off-tanks can be actually useful than just pretending adds do not exist... >.>"
same, thankfully people give it a chance most of the time
I've had a few absolutely cursed WoD runs, the 'take way over an hour kind' where you see mechanics that never existed, where things like shadowlurkers spawn 3 times, but even those got completed...
