Mansions need to be relocated

Alternatively, have new wards have the new design, with a 24hr priority for current Mansion holders to relocate there before they go into lottery/first come first serve mode.

I think a good solution would be to permit anyone to rotate their house. It would give every home owner even more options as to how their plots look, it would fix some of the unwanted design decisions by SE, and it wouldn't force relocation on anyone's plot.

And this would be a good idea for current wards

I suspect that mansions are located where they are so they won't be too obstructive to other plots. They're very tall and wide so they can easily block views and sunlight, especially with some housing skins.

Unfortunate, but that's how it is in real life. If you are going to have to pay almost 20 times as much as a small house it must be worth it.
