If you base your housing on location, then size dows not matter, the actual best one in the Lavender beds is the small one with the view to the waterfall for an instance and something to mention.

Size not the thing, definetely not the thing, I have the large one in the Mist at plot 15, the top one myself, however the medium one same height is very well placed as well, so is plot 30... and the plots right next to the beach.

I would not bother about it too much.

If asking for price then 3 -15 - 45 millions is nothing.
