Yes. Given that Yoshida told us that the letter was finished and should of reached the translators yesterday morning, it seems dissapointing its taken 1.5 days to translate a letter which is now overdue.

This update is twofold:

The first paragraph is about artifact armor, possibly needing new allagan stuff for those awesome old "artifact" armors

The second is about the jobs themselves (mostly pointing to mnk) mentioning the resurgance of these old/new skills.
