I think you are not understanding my point. Are you saying it is not ok to be upset with a delay? When people took time off work and can't get that back? That they should be like shrug and not be annoyed?

And to say other hobbies, sure but you got to be in the mood for them. It is hard to say go do something else when you are hyped for this story and this hobby.

Then you need to switch the tone of your comment earlier, I'm saying some people on here seem like they are throwing their frustrations onto them with things like "I used my vacation time for this" and other situations.

Ok so what does help them? Because I figure stating something like..it is ok to feel upset and that is normal. Is much better than what you are doing. Telling them that it is just a hobby, or making a thread defending someone that does not really need it, and we had another thread about this also.


All I am saying is, the best way to help the people who are stressed is to be understanding about it. Not devaluing their time by telling them that they can do something else, or it is not worth getting that upset about. The cult of Yoshi P comes out of the woods and bash these people on reddit for being upset about it, and that looks far worse than the people irked for legit reasons.

I try not to use tone because it is hard to get a full grasp through text, but if you want to use tone fine... Your replies come off very patronizing.

I'm trying to figure out where you get this leap in logic from. If someone is pretty upset a hobby they have passion for got delayed is now life revolves around it? Gaming is a great stress relief and matters to many people. Just like sports, fishing, or any other hobby. So I'm not sure having passion for something means life revolves around it.
