Okay this is blatantly false.

that is true tho because most players are not Gold or even Silver so the que is almost impossible to pop later if you are late to the season,unlucky with ranking or just bad so people just give up and not bother with feast
yeah when you are higher ranks the ques are better but you still only see the same 20-30 people who are fighting/paying for there spot in top 100

I wouldn’t have put so much effort in if I knew this either. I really tried very hard for my feast rewards so will be really sad to see players get them in a much more casual way. They don’t have ultimates unsync or the weapons for tomes so why would people be able to get the rewards by not even doing the same game mode? Seriously annoying

Keep in mind that People will most likely have to play ranked Crystal conflict (and quite frequently too) if they want any of the former Feast rewards, since they will most likely be a reward either at lv5/lv10 or JUST at lv10 and if that progress bar fills up even remotely similar like you gained Ranks in feast, but with 10 levels of that, its going to be one hell of a grind.

It is just that, other Players have now a realistic way of obtaining those, without cheaters, win traders and alt character shenanigans preventing you to reach top 100, so i think it is but a small price to pay, if it allows PvP to finally be more alive, instead of being a exclusive Club for a select few.

This is a welcomed change if true. FOMO style rewards is the literal antithesis of the dev team's design philosophy of being able to acquire everything with enough time. If nothing else gets to be exclusive, then neither should PvP rewards. Granted, I don't think they should be handed out easily. Keep a ranked system but allow everyone to win should they participation; ranking high enough over a given period.

What's kept Ultimate not only alive but genuinely active is players being able to obtain its rewards years later.

Personally I only spend time and effort acquiring something if I genuinely want it. That way if it's made easier to get at a later date, I can simply shrug and take joy in the fact that other people will be able to appreciate and use the same things.

Ultimates is not limited to 100 people getting rewards per server. There is a big difference they are not really comparable at all in my eyes. The rewards drove you to try hard the pvp but it put a good chunk of people to not touching it at all because of how toxic it is, encouraging cheating, greedy players to hoarde rewards and unhealthy playstyle. You can get your ultimate rewards in a casual manner.. not so for pvp if you were new and trying to get into it. End of the day you got to have those rewards for YEARS and have the "I have what you don't nya" experience. Screwing over the literal millions of players for the sake of a couple thousand seems a bad move to me..

We don't know how many tokens those old feast rewards will take, it might take the entire series worth for one thing.. it might not. Regardless, if they did the entire lot and got all then tokens to get the rewards asap they did work for it? They just didn't suffer a toxic environment to do so. There are plenty lovely pvpers but when you put x thing behind a rank and other people can get in your way of getting it? You are gonna breed toxic behaviour, this is much more healthy for players mental and community than top 100 ever was or will be. Top ten per DATA CENTRE?! Even worse, this idea of having to "work" is an old mmo idea that just equates to grinding out something a ludicrous amount and half the time you end up getting frustrated more often than you are enjoying yourself. Making such cool armour sets and then only hand it out to a handful of people? Waste.

If you want something insane to grind go work on getting the pteranodon mount or something idk.
