I can use a good majority of beneficial conjurer spells on other classes if I chose to. Classes only have x amount of exclusive skills that doesn't include traits, especially as they stated classes will be more open ended compared to jobs, so it's kind of hard to picture that they'd create a new class with 100% exclusive skills as that goes against the whole purpose of the job system (specialization.)

I get your point, but I'm not sure I see how it is any different from XIs system where you could sub Summoner and summon any avatar you had access to. If we can use the summoner powers on say ARC or CNJ, they will be weaker than if you were SMN, just like in XI.
