Generally people won’t touch a comment with real life situations as you have included. But we are talking about a video game. Not the icu. In a video game you are given challenges to overcome. Overcoming challenges requires some form of progression, including personal skill level. Some people choose to get better. Strive to get better. Others are content as being passable, even if barely.
