Please keep in mind that even thought 2.0 is going to be awesome! it is still part of 'fixing' the game. Im not saying it won't have new content but it is mainly an overhaul. A content expansion, I'm sure, will follow on from that.

Oh idk, for the money they'd make off it? Or just to have even more content? Unless your ok with 2.0 being the be all to end all of ffxiv.

Well, if you take 2.0 as a fresh start then the logical next step, a year so later, would be an expansion like RoZ.

Sure 2.0 is adding content, but it is content that is either replacing something 'broken', e.g copy-pasta and UI, or it is filling a gap where it should have been in at launch, e.g PvP and Mail.

Looks like there are a few ways to get in and out, like that cave on the top left.
