You're not really good at discouraging us. Clearly we need to get loud enough.

They gave summoner fix because their design hit it’s limit otherwise odds are they wouldn’t have changed. Male viera is a race not a design philosophy for how a role operates and monk has had issues from the beginning too. I would not draw those as direct comparisons, imo. The healer situation while unpopular with a vocal subset of the population doesn’t appear to be the bulk of healers. It’s a bit different.

To me it seems like something a part of the community wants. And has strong arguments to want it to be so. Maybe we're not enough to convice the devs, maybe we'll be enough in the future? Clearly, they won't pay attention to us if we stop now.

It is what a part of the community wants, definitely. Hell, I would not be upset if it happened. However, I am also willing to acknowledge what I want doesn’t align with their design or metrics. Just like loving the ARR/HW summoner didn’t align with a large portion of players, dots never do apparently. I mean they gave their most clear answer to date on this issue with the live letter. At a minimum, it is set in stone for the expansion, but I suspect this is just the way it will be. They acknowledged what the vocal subset has been wanting and said no. The like and other like the it was in 5.0 and this their design going forward.

I'll keep pointing out how that is not satisfactory to me. As a healer, and a player. I'll offer constructive criticism whenever I can and try to prove and convince other healers that dev mindset is not optimal. I like this game, and I want it to have fun in it. I don't think either of my suggestions infringe on what the devs said, particularly, but who knows. Maybe I'll change my opinion in the future.

So far, I just don't like the one-button spam philosophy. So I'll let them know.
