It was actually a Healing over Time effect (an AOE one) so still immensely nice. I really can't wait for AOE Regen and Esuna.

Also whoever said Blizzara wasn't useful is smoking something, quite reliable AOE bind with instant cast is wonderful, especially when you get some PIE and hopefully some accessories will give us Enfeebling Magic potency to help the bind effect be a sure thing. Holy seems to be something you use when you're out of MP but before you hit Blissful Mind or Shroud of Saints. I find myself near-empty on MP in the moogle fights on occasion in between using MP abilities and having an insta-AOE bind will be useful there. The question is whether or not the damage scales based on how much MP you use.

Not quite as OP as the guy makes it sound. Not to mention we don't know the frequency or magnitude of the HoT effect.

I think the WAR one might be the Max HP increase + remove sleep + AoE stun. It sounds more like a 2 hr would be.
