Yes. As I mentioned, I am Sworn with Kojin. A Test of Courage is required to get to Sworn.

What is the progress bar for Kojin on currently, and at what percentage, in your Reputation menu?

I don't have any quests from either the Kojin or the Ananta in my journal.

Check all beast tribe factions in your Journal for open quests.
Any ones still in progress will lock you out of getting the daily reset.
