I am Sworn with Ananta and Kojin. I want to try to get bloodsworn with the Kojin. All the guides say I need to pick up the True-blue quest from Kabuto, but he doesn't offer me a quest.

I have finished the MSQ up through the current patch. Are there other side quests that I need to do before True-blue becomes available? Do I need to unlock the Namazu and/or get to a certain rank with them?
