I bet if you showed those letter combinations to most people outside of MMOs they would probably think its a captcha.

We're not talking about people outside of MMOs. We're talking about people inside MMOs. Specifically this MMO. Which introduces you fairly early to at least a few characters with consonant clusters in their names that people aren't used to seeing on a daily basis. It's a fantastical setting. If a player playing this fantastical game is put off by encountering some fantastical names, that's not on the devs.
