    Yep. I get those, and I don't own a vehicle. Well, at least not one that is registered and actually runs, LOL. I do own the hunk of garbage out in the back.

    In days gone by I used to get a lot of 'pharmacies' trying to 'refill my prescription' and 'microsoft tech support' calls... but you're right. Nearly every one these days is auto / home insurance EXPIRED OMG RENEW NOW... and also Marriott hotels telling me what I have won.

    Same experience, too, we block the numbers every time. Happens at least once a day anyway. Oh, well.

    Sometimes I mess with them, like the anti-scam folks on YouTube (Kitboga comes to mind, Jim Browning too) with a couple different "characters", or string them along for an hour to waste their time, if I have nothing better to do.

    There is probably nothing that can convince me that getting directly banned on the forums for ten days over-calling you old & arrogant is a normal event without any prior warning notifications. If someone looked at things from my perspective they could have banned you for the exact same reason.

    It is not normal to have tickets answered within or even less than an hour. And for that, I think the majority of people who have played FFXIV are going to agree.

    Excuse me.. what? OH WOW. It's you again. You got silenced for that? .. hooboy. That must have sucked and no wonder you're so openly hostile right from the getgo. Alright perspective is had. Boy howdy you must have quite the grudge now. That's the warning there though, I've been silenced too for calling people nasty things. I got no warning either, just poof, no posting for a while. The more of those you get the longer it's for. Interesting if your first one was 10 days.

    I've submitted maybe 6 tickets in my life and while sure, some of them took time to respond to (longest was 4 days for my character having a bugged item IIRC), my issue with losing my 2 factor auth was resolved within an hour. Is this normal? I dunno. But I'm not lying. Submitted my ticket, got a response and provided info, bam.. 2 part auth removed and reinstated with my new phone.

    I dunno. I’ve had my tickets answered within an hour. Longest wait was like 4? But I also got their number on my phone so alot of times if I have an issue I just call them. As for the topic at hand. Man people REALLY need to stop trusting everything they get whispered from randoms. Stop falling for scams PLEASE.

    I am sorry that you fall for a phishing scam. But tbh its better that the support doesnt roll back your data (like many support centers doesnt do). Its because people use this technique to double all their and their friends money by faking it.

    Taking time answering is bad. It means the support center doesnt have enough people.

    I think its fair to boycott real money services if you aren't happy with the regular service.

    Sorry again, but for me it was your own fault.

    Maybe it was different before Covid. In any case, they do help when they get in touch with you. The process is just way too slow for me.

    You wanna see really bad support? Then play Dungeon & Dragons Online or Lord of the Rings Online. The support (same company which is not SE) is not working at all in these games. I wait now for 6 months that they get my account fixed. Absolute terrible company.

    The only ticket I had in FF14 was solved in one day.

    I actually didn't accuse you of lying. I said that I doubt that you are a regular customer from which you made the assumption that I am accusing you of lying. People are allowed to be wrong.

    Also, if I was sour I wouldn't be talking with you. There are many other things that I can do instead.
