I dunno how you can look at MNK in that trailer and be disappointed. Who hurt you?

Not gonna lie, as an ex astro and sch main, and an ex hardcore PvPer, I get nervous every expansion.
I don't want things to be changed too much to the point that I don't like them anymore.
RDM is getting quite a few new stuff, and since it's my new main, I am nervous for endwalker.
Hopefully it's still fun, or I might go SMN or Sadge
Something like that might happen. Maybe the team was thinking smn was too many things at once so they're splitting the concept that was old smn into different jobs instead. This definitely opens the door for a fresh new "pet" job and DoT job. On a side note, I kind of wish smn would just get a new weapon already. Leave the books to sch.
The last move it used was essentially Bumrush from FF6 or Tifa's Omnistrike from FF7R, and essentially had a flash step (nothing personal kid) and a Phoenix looking AoE. That's a lot of WHOA IMO.
I appreciate them adding more depth to some skills like Bunshin and Perfect Balance by giving them follow-up abilities that can be used during/after their active period.
It doesn't seem like Living Shadow got anything similar, though, which I find a bit unfortunate as the skill is essentially just a fancy DoT in its current state.
Wasn't really expecting more than 1 or 2 new skills per class so it seemed normal to me
I always find it funny how boringly it's always presented with no numbers or context or anything just animations
makes a lot of sense that monk and summoner got a decent amount of changes. Summoner has just continually been a mess of garbled nonsense that they keep trying to straighten out and monk got pretty convoluted so cleaning it up makes sense too
Honestly the main thing I've been hoping for is the weird legacy Dark knight skills that were just sort of "here's a few ogc skills with next to no impact but you have to use them or your not being optimal" just get rolled in to other stuff. It's a class i would like to enjoy more. For instance if salted earth was a passive that just dropped it at your feet as an effect of some other condition... Way better in my opinion
