On rp vs erp, erp is prohibited by the ToS. On modding, it's an alteration of game files and again against ToS.

And? TOS only matters if it is enforce. It is just a contract protecting them from legal trouble, and protection for when they ban players. Nothing more so using TOS to say don't do it is just silly. If they don't care to enforce said rules. And why should they?

Geez now we have people saying it is okay to break rules since no one is enforcing them. My god the entitlement.

So common sense is entitlement now? My husband use to play sports, and his fav quote from Joe Montana on Patriots: 'If you ain't cheating, you ain't trying'. RULES and laws only matter if they are enforce. That is a fact.
