devs don't scan our computers out of respect of privacy, ask us worried to refrain from using mods(because it's obviously against the TOS), especially very questionable mods which are illegal in a good amount of countries. not only could it damage the image of the game but also might bring devs in a sorry state because it draws very questionable individuals to a rated T (teen) game.
but yes, all of above is insignificant, because again, devs respect their customers private space and "don't enforce" their rules - which suddenly makes every illegal activity okay - but better defend people with a questionable morality and ethics who use illegal and disgusting mods(lewd mods of MINORS) that brings negative attention to the modding community in general. I would call that a real dick move.

Every online game, or PC game in general, on the planet has nude mods and other weird crap that's not in any way officially affiliated with the game, but is still out there. That stuff doesn't actually hurt the game's image; people are familiar enough with the internet at this point to know that it's just what happens.

At the end of the day no matter how weird the mod is, it's just people gawking at pixels. I personally think the people who care THAT much what pixel configurations other people enjoy are more creepy than the adults who simply enjoy this stuff in private.

me questioning people defending lewd art of minors makes me a creep, but people straight up downplaying it and saying „it‘s just pixels“ even though it clearly depicts underaged teens is dudes „just gawking at pixels“. you are trying to make it sound so innocent with words like „pixel configuration“ eventhough exactly that is not only prohibited in game but is also illegal in a good amount of countries. are these countries creeps too? who knew that just „pixel configurations“ could bring someone in jail!
and absolutelty, if it seems to even worry the devs, which brought even yoshi p to speak up, it can be considered as problematic.

I'll defend anyone's right to have a hobby that doesn't hurt anyone, and I'll always argue against that terrible "what about the children!" rationale that's ruining all forms of entertainment.

We have a bigger problem with Stalkers, and people who think this game is reality. That escape into it so much, that they are confused on who is real. That is the bigger problem than these pedos hurting ryne rights.



And people who say erp should not be going on. Are you new to MMORPGS? This has a long history in it. I mean when I was a kid, VTM table top games turned out to be make out sessions. When ever RPG happens, it can turn sexual. Because that is part of human nature. People need to stop acting like it is some grand evil, and using protect the kids to make these people look bad was not only silly, but is sad.
